Some people are complaining about [lastfm]Beyonce[/lastfm]’s latest perfume ad in the UK. TV stations have gotten complaints after it has aired and they say it’s not suitable for daytime tv. You be the judge and see if you agree…

Since the complaints, the ad can’t run on TV before 7:30pm. A group that patrols these kind of things on TV says, “Although we considered that the ad was unlikely to be harmful to adults or older children, we considered that Beyoncé’s body movements and the camera’s prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children.”

The same ad has been running in the US since the begining of the year and hasn’t had a complaint yet. Coty, the company behind Beyonce’s perfume HEAT says, “we responded to the complaints by defending the sensual TV ad as a reflection of the singer’s “personal ‘sexy chic’ style,” and not overtly graphic or explicitly sexual.” Beyonce says, “It’s called Heat, so we wanted the ads to be really steamy and dewy.”

What do you think of the ad? Is it too steamy for daytime tv? Click “LIKE” if you love Beyonce!
