For those of you that are curious, Airtime is a live video site. According to TheNextWeb.com, the site will “meet the need for real-time sharing and communication by allowing users to post videos and react to them live.”

There have been rumors of a partnership between Parker and Fanning for a while now. TechCrunch reported in April that the duo had teamed up for a video based project.

This huge secret show on the same day as F8 seems like the perfect setup for a new company partially run by a former Facebook associate.
