Violence is getting out of control! [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Avril Lavigne[/lastfm] was attacked last night while enjoying a lovely night with her boyfriend, Brody Jenner. Five people left her with bruises, cuts and a black eye! Find out all the details!

Avril’s boyfriend and step brother of the Kardashian sisters, Brody Jenner, tweeted yesterday, “Having the best night with the love of my life @AvrilLavigne so happy right now!!”

Six hours after he sent out that tweet, he sent out another: “Interesting Saturday night… Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/chargers!!!”.

According to TMZ, Avril got into a altercation with a random girl around 1am at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Brody tried to intervene… but instead got a bottle smashed against his head. Hotel security ended up breaking up the fight.
Soon after all this went down, Avril took to Twitter as well and posted

I don’t fight. I don’t believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is f***d. As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer.”
