Looks like Justin Bieber won’t be saying “Baby, Baby, Baby” anytime soon! His baby mama drama is looking pretty bad for Mariah Yeater.

Yeater and her lawyers thought that she could get Justin to settle outside of court. That way, they could have avoided the huge media scandal and Mariah would have gotten a huge payout. Instead, Bieber is going ahead and taking the paternity test to prove that he is NOT the father of Yeater’s 3 month baby. UH OH, Mariah. What are you gonna do now?

Jeffery Leving, one of Yeater’s attorneys, said that he wants the DNA test to be “carefully supervised.” AWKWARD.

The child support hearing has been set for December 15th. We’ll know for sure then, but this recent Insider interview with Ms. Yeater is not looking good for the 20 year old single mom. Check out the video!
