Mike The Situation Sorrentino did it again, stirred the pot and created a little situation of his own on Live! With Kelly yesterday.

Apparently the Situation took out an insurance policy on his abs and the insurance company made him fill out a bunch of paper work and they conducted tests to make sure he was healthy: no alcohol, cigarettes, etc. So he assured the insurance company that anything they saw of him on TV was, “You know…” and Kelly offered, “Staged,” to which he agreed. Then they laughed and Mike said, “I’m just joking” and the conversation moved away from the topic.

But was he really joking? It’s a sticky situation (pardon the pun) because it could be interpreted like he was getting over on the insurance company by lying about his drinking and smoking habits. OR it could be taken as though he was hinting that the show really is staged. We’ll have to wait and see how MTV handles his little faux pas.
