Justin Bieber Makes 6-Year-Old Cancer Patient’s Dream Come True

File this under “SUPER CUTE.” Justin Bieber made a 6-year-old cancer patient’s dream come true when he paid her a special visit. The young girl, who is battling a rare and aggressive form of cancer called AT/RT, met the superstar pop singer on Monday. Avalanna Routh’s wish became a reality thanks to her family, friend and some help from complete strangers.

Family and friends reached out to TV and radio stations via phone, Twitter, Facebook and pretty much any other avenue available to them. Facebook and Twitter pages were created in hopes that it would spread Avalanna’s story and eventually get Justin Bieber’s attention. Avalanna was diagnosed with a brain tumor at 8 months old. Unfortunately there is no treatment for her type of cancer. Looks like her supporters’ hard work paid off.

After hearing about Avalanna, someone who worked at a local TV station in Boston decided to help make her dream come true. It just so happened that this person had a friend who has connections with Justin’s manager Scooter Braun. The story was forwarded to Braun who then put a call out on Twitter to find more information about this little girl and where to get in contact with her. A conference call was then setup between the TV station Avalanna’s mom and Scooter. Scooter promised he would make the meeting happen ”sooner than you think.”

Just three days later Scooter had Avalanna and her family fly out to New York to meet Justin Bieber. The two played for a couple of hours in a New York Hotel room. They laughed together, played Candyland and took a bunch of the cutest photos you will ever see!

Check out the cute photos here and check out video of their meeting below!
