Everyone’s favorite party girl is at it again! She is very proud of her latest tattoo! It’s not in the conventional spot like her shoulder, lower back or her arm. It’s the inside of her lip!

Some people are already complaining about it saying that it’s too “provocative.” Also, that since she’s a role model to kids, (like it or not) that she should be more aware of what she does to her body because fans will sometimes follow!
